Job Tittle: Quality Analyst
Location: Salt Lake City, UT - Day 1 Onsite
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst (Release Testing) with strong expertise in automation, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BaNCS and a proven ability to support release cycles in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:

• Perform release testing, integration testing, and validation of software builds.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Conduct REST API testing using tools such as ReadyAPI and Postman.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Analyze test results, document defects, and track them through resolution.
• Work extensively with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Ensure smooth deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, Chef, XL Release, and Maven.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
• Participate in release planning, risk assessments, and production readiness activities.
• Provide recommendations to improve testing processes and overall product quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in release testing or QA in enterprise environments.
• Experience with BaNCS (required).
• Strong background with software test automation tools and frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing (ReadyAPI, Postman).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containers, and deployment tools.

Experience :

• Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Builds)
• Jenkins, Chef, XL Release, Maven
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
