Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on a variety of fund finance transactions, including syndicated lending, NAV financings, and fund formation.
- Work on complex financing arrangements and interact with clients in the banking and asset management sectors.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to structure and negotiate financing deals for institutional clients.
- Draft and review key financing documents, including loan agreements and security arrangements.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and play an integral role in managing transactions.
- 3-6+ years of relevant experience in fund finance, syndicated lending, leverage finance, CLOs, or similar areas.
- Solid experience in commercial lending and asset-based lending.
- Excellent academic credentials and a proven track record at a top law firm.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
