SUPERVISOR: SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR
JOB GOAL: Responsible for ensuring the safety of facilities and grounds for all students and school staff.
Performance Responsibilities:
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 174 Days Classified position with salary and hours to be established by the Board of Education.
EVALUATION: Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with the provisions established by the Board of Education.
SALARY RANGE: In accordance with the USW (United Steelworkers) Negotiated Agreement. Starting wage is $16.93 per hour based on the 2025-2026 USW Contract.

SUPERVISOR: SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR
JOB GOAL: Responsible for ensuring the safety of facilities and grounds for all students and school staff.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Monitors students' dress code;
- Monitors all students for passes in hallways, bathrooms and stairwells;
- Monitors student departures at the end of each day;
- Establishes a support system with staff and maintains a respectful relationship with student body;
- Maintains effective communication with team and departmental personnel;
- Participates in any school related searches; responds to students fleeing the building without permission from
appropriate personnel (flight situations); - Monitors traffic during lunch hours to keep outsiders out and insiders in; identifies visitors
and inform them of sign in procedures; - Prepares documentation for students violating school rules;
- Escorts disruptive students as requested;
- Maintains respectful relationships with students;
- Wears school-issued clothing where applicable;
- Monitors parking lots where applicable;
- Completes and implements CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training to de-escalate potentially violent situations;
- Participates in in-service training programs as assigned;
- Completes CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training;
- Performs other related duties as assigned by employee's supervisor, who they report to, or Central Office Administrators.
