How you will make an impact:
Educate physicians and healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the safe and effective use of Edwards structural heart devices through didactic presentations and hands-on training (ie. Simulators, dry bench, wet labs) focusing on Mitral Repair.
Share device imaging and procedure expertise and clinical insights with physicians, HCPs and internal stakeholders.
Help drive process improvements to enhance program effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction across content and education.
Partners with stakeholders to develop and lead the execution of educational programs for health care providers and internal product trainings/sales trainings.
Lead the execution and development of training materials and programs for post- product approval and commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Commercial Sales)
Develop and learn to assemble training tools including models and simulators in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Establish relationships with training faculty members and key KOL physicians to develop and improve training programs and materials and incorporate best practices.
Collaborate with faculty to develop training events (e.g., speaker programs, proctor webcasts)
Responsible for successful execution of training programs. Ensure completeness of training program evaluations
Facilitate training to educate HCP's and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging adhere to training SOPs, compliance selection and utilization of faculty members
Act as a resource to HCP, leverage knowledge gained through direct clinician interactions and relationships, in order to address questions related to off label use of approved products
Collaborate with team members to define metrics to assess training effectiveness and impact

What you'll need (Required):
HS Diploma or Equivalent with 5 years experience in sales, marketing or healthcare industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards Criteria Required.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Strongly Preferred.
Travel up to 75% nationwide
What else we look for (Preferred):
Master's Degree with 3 years experience in related medical device and/or clinical experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
Clinical Experience in mitral and tricuspid structural heart procedures
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Experience in interventional cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred
General understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology
General understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents, device accountability and adverse events reporting
Proven successful project management and organizational skills
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and related systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative, influencing, and relationship management skills
Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment and matrix organization.
Ability to relate to physicians, nurses, and senior-level healthcare managers
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and conflict resolution skills
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to clinical education
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

The base pay range for this position is $92,000 to $130,000 (highly experienced).
