Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is currently hiring a detail-oriented QA Technician for a growing manufacturing environment in Roanoke, Texas. This is a great opportunity for someone with quality inspection experience looking to join a clean, organized, and team-focused facility.
Position Details:
- Pay: $25/hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Perform inspections, testing, and sampling of components, electronic devices, and raw materials
- Interpret drawings, sketches, and specifications to ensure quality standards are met
- Utilize measuring tools and quality inspection equipment
- Inspect workmanship, installation, alignment, and overall product quality
- Determine approval, rejection, or escalation of inspected materials
- Conduct final inspection and testing of finished goods and product kits
- Maintain accurate documentation, quality records, and data entry
- Support production schedules to ensure timely and accurate output
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Experience with Oracle R12 or Agile PLM
- Background in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries
- Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards
