Litigation Paralegal
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range and Benefits: $100,000 - $115,000 per year along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401(k)
Position Type: Direct Hire, Hybrid (3 days onsite), Full-Time
LHH is working with a large national law firm in seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Downtown Los Angeles. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in business litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience. The role involves managing all aspects of the litigation process, including filing procedures in both state and federal courts.

- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through trial and appeal.
- Manage eDiscovery processes, including document review and production.
- Independently handle court filings and adhere to filing deadlines in both state and federal courts.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information and documents.
- Maintain and organize case files and legal documents.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business litigation.
- Paralegal certification required
- Proficiency in eDiscovery tools and processes.
- Strong understanding of state and federal court filing procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
