Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury litigation cases. • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. • Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and hearings. • Collaborate on case strategy with senior attorneys, ensuring client-centered representation. Qualifications: • 2 - 4 years of experience in personal injury law. • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills. • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. Compensation: $85,000 + incentive based bonuses
