Family Law Attorney
Location: Covington, GA - onsite or hybrid
Salary: $85,000-$105,000+ base salary (negotiable based on experience), plus bonus incentives based on billable hours and collections

Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of family law cases including mediations, court hearings, and trials
- Advocate assertively and professionally on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff
- Deliver a high-quality, tailored client experience
- Stay current with legal developments in family law
- Utilize platforms such as Clio for case management
- Travel as needed to courts
Qualifications- Licensed to practice law in Georgia with no disciplinary history
- Family law experience (divorce, custody, support)
- Strong litigation skills and experience working directly with clients
- Ability to work remotely with secure high-speed internet and a private workspace
