Key Responsibilities
- Manage data collection and ensure accuracy for timely submission.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective action plans.
- Serve as a key resource for quality functions across the organization.
- Support preparation and compliance efforts for state and federal audits.
- Identify deficiencies and trends in quality activities and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Quality Improvement (QI) Program Committees.
- Collect and submit data for regulatory bodies and internal initiatives.
- Embrace opportunities for professional and organizational growth.
Required:
- Associate degree or higher.
- 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following:
- Healthcare Quality Improvement
- Healthcare Quality Assurance
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in any of the following:
- Root cause analysis
- State and federal audit preparation
- Data entry, collection, and submission processes
- Monday to Friday, 100% onsite at the Los Angeles location.
