A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Litigation Associate in Cleveland.
This is a great opportunity for a mid-level litigator who's interested in construction-related matters and wants to build experience within a busy, collaborative litigation team.
What You'll Be Doing

• Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
• Supporting complex litigation matters
• Assisting with depositions and court appearances
• Managing communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Gaining exposure to construction-related disputes and litigation

What They're Looking For

• 3-4 years of litigation experience
• Strong writing and motion practice experience
• Interest in construction litigation (experience is a plus)
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Solid academic and professional credentials
