• Deposition preparation and taking of depositions, including clients, fact witnesses, and experts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Handle trial preparation and trials.
• Provide exceptional client service and communication, keeping clients informed at all stages of their case.
