Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: • Assure that C&L QC procedures are being followed by all departments • Solely responsible for final quality inspections • Assure that all repairs to the vehicle match the final invoice • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair • Meet & greet customers • Review repairs of all vehicles & sign off on ready-for-delivery • Deliver vehicles to customers, reviewing repairs & answering any questions • Perform ADAS on all vehicles that need scanning or calibrations • fill out appropriate paperwork & check in requirements for each vehicle Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have the following experience: • Experience working in a Team Environment • Prior working knowledge of body repairs and parts • Prior experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizing • Ability to effectively communicate • Technical knowledge for automobiles • Ability to learn & adapt quickly • customer service experience • Quality control experience Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
