Christian Sitters is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Office Manager to join our growing home care team in Jackson. This role will begin as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and company needs.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with occasional field visits to check on clients and support caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients and caregivers
Answer phones, respond to emails, and maintain organized records
Assist with caregiver coordination and staffing needs
Conduct occasional client visits to ensure quality of care and satisfaction
Support overall office operations and assist management as needed
Qualifications:
Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable visiting client homes as needed
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Experience in home care or healthcare setting is a plus
