What We're Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of the office where you apply
• 3-6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or asset-based lending
• AmLaw 100 or large law firm experience strongly preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $260,000 - $390,000, depending on location and experience
