responsibilities:
- Inspect machined parts throughout the first-run, in-process, and final production stages to ensure strict conformance to quality specifications.
- Utilize precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and X-ray equipment to accurately measure part dimensions, angles, and radii.
- Interpret and strictly follow technical documentation, written inspection instructions, and specific customer requirements.
- Conduct specialized evaluations, including airflow testing, and accurately complete all necessary inspection forms and technical reports.
- Adapt flexibly to multiple assembly and inspection tasks using computerized shop floor tools within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
