What You'll Do
As a Quality Assurance Specialist II, you'll serve as a key liaison between program leadership and external partners, helping to manage risk, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement. You'll be part of a collaborative QA team that drives data-informed decisions and upholds the highest standards of care and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage documentation related to investigations, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data related to quality, risk, and regulatory standards.
- Act as point of escalation for internal complaint and grievance processes, ensuring timely and policy-compliant resolution.
- Support licensing, accreditation, and policy implementation efforts.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to meet documentation and reporting requirements.
- Conduct interviews with individuals supported, focus groups, and contribute to skills development initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Two years' experience in Human Services or related Field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years' experience performing compliance or risk management related activities preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and database systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented, well organized, and possess problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive to various Kerr service locations.
- Ability to meet all background check and reference requirements.
