Responsibilities for a Quality Assurance Technician include but are not limited to:
Inspect machined work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications and customer quality standards
Interpret and follow written inspection instructions, quality requirements, and technical documentation
Measure part dimensions such as length, height, angles, arcs, and radii using precision instruments including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, optical comparators, X-Y-Z measuring equipment, X-ray, surface plates, and gauge blocks
Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections
Conduct airflow tests, incoming inspections, and final inspections as required
Complete and maintain all required inspection forms, reports, and quality documentation
Maintain compliance with quality procedures, safety policies, and PPE requirements
Perform other related quality or inspection duties as assigned
Candidates for Quality Assurance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Willingness to wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear
Ability to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts as needed
Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred
Ability to work with computerized shop floor tools
Must be a U.S. Person due to U.S. Government export control regulations (proof of status required prior to employment)
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexibility, and team-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $28.78 per hour
