Attorneys may be based in one of our client's Bay Area offices, with occasional travel between office locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advisement
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other litigation-related documents
- Assist with case preparation for hearings, settlement negotiations, and trials
- Manage aspects of client matters under the supervision of senior attorneys
- Contribute to litigation strategy through strong research, writing, and analytical work
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in a U.S. state bar (California licensure required)
- Minimum of 5 years of business litigation experience in private practice
- Strong working knowledge of applicable civil procedure and evidence rules
- Experience handling client matters with increasing responsibility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Interest in building a long-term career within a mid-sized law firm environment
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented legal environment
- Base Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
