Overview: Seeking a litigation attorney with at least 3 years of law firm experience who focuses specifically on employment law. This role is ideal for a practitioner who is energized by the complexities of workplace disputes and is passionate about achieving strategic results. This position offers the opportunity to handle meaningful work and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative national practice group.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing all phases of employment litigation from inception through trial, including appearing at hearings and depositions.
- Drafting high-level motions, conducting legal research, and coordinating discovery processes for labor and employment matters.
- Engaging in forward-facing client interactions and contributing to the strategic defense of complex workplace claims.
Qualifications:- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Arizona.
- 3 years of law firm experience focused on employment law or general commercial litigation with a heavy employment emphasis.
- Strong academic background with excellent writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative national team.
