Mission Recruiting is partnering with a fast-growing California firm that wants a sharp, client-ready attorney to join its pre-litigation team handling homeowner and HOA disputes. This is a high-standards environment where clear writing, practical judgment, and calm, confident communication matter every day.
You will lead negotiations, prepare demand and settlement strategy, and drive cases through mediation and other ADR with strong support and direct access to firm leadership. The work is people-forward: homeowners come to you stressed, and you will be the steady guide who can empathize, set expectations, and move matters toward resolution.
