Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Develop case strategy, oversee discovery, and handle depositions, motions, and trial work
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on construction-related disputes and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with firm leadership to expand the construction litigation practice
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
- Participate in business development and strengthen existing client relationships
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Missouri and preference of ability to waive into Kansas
- Significant experience in construction and/or commercial litigation
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Portable business is welcomed but not required
- Salary dependent on experience and book of business
