Sareh Nouri is seeking a full-time Quality Control Associate to join our growing team in Rutherford, New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented and passionate about luxury fashion, with a strong understanding of garment construction and fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect bridal and evening gowns to make sure the highest quality standards

Review measurements, fit, and overall construction accuracy

Work closely with production and design teams to maintain consistency

Assist with steaming, handling, and preparing gowns to ship

Support quality control processes across all stages of production

Qualifications:

Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality

Strong knowledge of garment construction and measurements

Experience in luxury bridal or eveningwear is a plus

Comfortable lifting and handling wedding gowns and inspecting on mannequins

Must work well in a team setting, and being comfortable providing feedback to dressmakers
