About the Role
- 1-5 years of experience in:
- Insurance Defense
- General Liability / Liability Defense
- Civil Litigation or Commercial Litigation
- Insurance Defense
- Manage a diverse caseload with opportunities for hands-on litigation and trial exposure
- Work closely with a supportive team in an open-door, collaborative environment
- Strong emphasis on trial experience-ideal for attorneys who want to be in the courtroom
- Collaborative culture with accessible leadership and mentorship
- Opportunity to grow within a respected defense practice
- Salary: Commensurate with experience
- Billable requirement: 1,800 hours
- Bonus structure: Competitive bonus based on hours (up to ~$45K at 2,200 hours)
