ABOUT THE ROLE

The Quality Control Inspection Specialist will ensure all assembly, testing and inspection steps were performed in accordance to specification and manufacturing documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure manufacturing documentation for all assembly, testing and inspection steps were performed in accordance to specification
• Coordinate repairs and/or questions regarding discrepancies
• Coordinate incoming inspections on general material and perform outgoing material inspections when needed
• Complete record of inspection results, acceptance, rejection and disposition. Enter basis data into computer databases/logs
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections at sub-assembly and final assembly levels, using drawings/specifications and general quality control standards
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Good working knowledge of inspection method for home manufactuing
• Familiar with usage inspection equipment
• Ability to communicate effective in oral and written formats
