- Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in food quality control or food safety.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital thermometers, pH meters, and computer inventory software.
- Schedule: Must be reliable and able to work your assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small deviations before they become safety issues.

- emperature Monitoring: Perform regular checks on storage units and inbound/outbound trailers to ensure the cold chain is maintained.
- pH Testing: Conduct precise pH level testing on various food products to ensure they meet safety specifications.
- Inventory Control: Utilize computer-based inventory systems to track product status, rotation (FIFO), and quality holds.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time digital and physical logs for food safety audits.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations follow GMP and HACCP guidelines.
