Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Record and evaluate test results against company and regulatory standards
- Monitor production lines to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Conduct routine sanitation and quality audits
- Calibrate and verify testing equipment
- Identify quality issues and support corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality reports
- Assist with audits, certifications, and recall readiness
- Work closely with production and leadership teams to improve processes
- At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, quality, or a related field
- Familiarity with GMPs and food safety standards preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Comfortable working both on the production floor and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Combination of production floor and office work
- Exposure to food products and allergens
- Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
