Join a nationally recognized plaintiff's firm as a Litigation Attorney handling personal injury cases from start to finish. This is a remote opportunity for a Virginia-licensed attorney who can independently manage cases and drive results.
Practice Areas

• Car, motorcycle, and truck accidents
• Slip and fall / premises liability
• Amazon and commercial delivery accidents
• Workplace injuries
• Defective products

What You'll Do

• Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Develop and execute litigation strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Take depositions, attend hearings, and support trial prep
• Negotiate settlements for maximum client recovery
• Communicate directly with clients and provide updates

What You Need

• Active Virginia Bar license (required)
• Personal injury litigation experience
• Ability to manage cases independently
• Strong writing and courtroom skills
• Trial experience preferred
