What You'll Be Doing
You'll be working on a wide range of litigation matters, including insurance coverage and bad faith, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, premises liability, trucking/transportation claims, and employment-related disputes.
The role is very hands-on-you'll be taking depositions, drafting motions and briefs, managing discovery, preparing cases for trial or mediation, and working directly with clients on strategy and case handling.

- 1-5 years of civil litigation experience
- Admitted in Washington State
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Comfortable taking ownership of cases and client communication
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Broad litigation practice with consistent, high-volume work
- Opportunity to gain real courtroom and deposition experience early
