Manager, BCA Contract Strategy, Finance & Governance
KMM, a leading manufacturer of mission-critical electrical wire harnesses for commercial and military aircraft, space systems, and advanced defense platforms, is seeking a Manager of BCA Contract Strategy, Finance & Governance. This role is the primary owner of all Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) contractual matters and drives KMM's cost recovery, pricing governance, and contract strategy.

Manager, BCA Contract Strategy, Finance & Governance
KMM, a leading manufacturer of mission-critical electrical wire harnesses for commercial and military aircraft, space systems, and advanced defense platforms, is seeking a Manager of BCA Contract Strategy, Finance & Governance. This role is the primary owner of all Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) contractual matters and drives KMM's cost recovery, pricing governance, and contract strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of BCA contracts-from review to closeout.
- Own the monthly assertions process and ensure full cost recovery.
- Interpret BCA contract clauses and guide entitlement decisions.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with AS9100, CMMC, ITAR.
- Serve as the main interface with Boeing Procurement & Contracts.
- Shape KMM's strategy for future BCA negotiations.
- Accurate, dispute-free assertions delivered on time.
- Full recovery of entitled costs.
- Clean, consistent contract change implementation.
- Strong internal alignment and proactive customer communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years in contract management, supply chain, cost analysis, or aerospace/defense manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of BOMs, labor standards, and configuration-controlled products.
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, index match, sumproduct, arrays).
- Experience interpreting contract terms and analyzing cost impacts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
