We are looking for a motivated Mitigation Technician who thrives on a fast paced environment and wants to grow with a winning team.
What You'll Do
*Rapid Response: Provide emergency restoration service including water extraction, fire/smoke damage cleanup and mold remediation.
*Precision Work: Set up and monitor drying equipment, perform demolition when necessary and ensure every job site is left clean and safe.
*Customer Care: Communicate with empathy and clarity to homeowners and business owners during stressful situations
*Documentation: Use industry software to accurately track job progress, photos and mositure readings.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with our senior leads to meet our robust 2026 growth goals while maintaining our "team-first" culture.
What You Bring to the Table
*The Right Mindset: You are positive, resilient and ready to learn from the best in the business.
*Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ and work in various environments(crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
*Reliability: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record are a must.
*Availability: Participation in rotating "on call" schedule for emergency after hour responses.
*Restoration Experience: (Preferred but not required) IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD) are a huge plus, but we will train the right person with a strong work ethic.
