Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialist (ICQA)

Adecco is hiring Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialists for our client in Fort Mill, SC. Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialists do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $16.50 - $19.50/hr. As an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialist, you will conduct daily audits to ensure accurate inventory and quality standards while monitoring warehouse operations and resolving issues. Responsibilities include checking shipments, labeling, and storage for accuracy, reporting audit results, and supporting cycle counts and discrepancy investigations such as missing items or barcode errors. The role also includes using RF equipment correctly, working with team members to support order processing, and assisting with customer service and special projects as needed

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED

· At least 1 year of related warehouse or inventory experience required

· Valid driver's license required

· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to use RF scanning and warehouse systems

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

· Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving

· Forklift certification or willingness to obtain if required

· Ability to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) and mandatory overtime as needed
