The Work
You’ll be involved in a mix of:
- Insurance defense and coverage matters
- General and premises liability
- Employment-related disputes
- Workers’ compensation and business litigation
What Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Managing cases from early stages through resolution
- Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Taking depositions and contributing to case strategy
- Working alongside experienced litigators who keep things practical and efficient
- Clear, predictable structure - ~160 hours/month expectation
- Monthly bonuses - paid out consistently for hours above target
