Accounting Manager

Interested in joining a retail company in Minneapolis? They're looking for an Accounting Manager to join their company. Responsibilities include managing a team of 4 people, working with accounts payable, general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, overseeing payroll operations for over 1000 employees, and overseeing inventory/cost accounting to maintain accurate cost of sales and inventory records. Preferred requirements include 5+ years accounting experience, experience in the retail/manufacturing industry, and experience managing a team. Pluses include CPA (active or inactive), proficiency in Excel and NetSuite, auditing experience, and a growth path to controller, then CFO. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and PTO.
