Position Summary
This position is a part-time role scheduled for 16-24 hours per week, primarily working 12:45 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. The schedule includes 2-3 shifts per week, every third weekend, and 2-3 holidays per year.

Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assembling patient charts and discharge packets
• Serving as a greeter/host for patients and visitors awaiting appointments
• Placing appointment reminder calls
• Maintaining First Steps program information
• Updating and maintaining staffing schedules
• Performing chart audits in collaboration with the Quality Department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient clerical skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask, maintain organization, and communicate professionally in a healthcare setting
