Our award-winning law firm client is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its rapidly expanding practice. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of accomplished litigators on high-stakes matters across various industries.
Candidate Profile:
- Active Bar Admission in California.
- 3-6 years of substantive litigation experience preferably in commercial litigation matters
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience handling litigation matters in state and federal courts, including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong advocacy skills and the ability to communicate complex legal arguments effectively.
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters in local, state, and federal courts
- Skilled with both written and oral arguments
- Strong negotiation skills
- Participate in taking and defending depositions.
- Develop case strategy and collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation.
- Engage with clients to provide strategic advice on dispute resolution and litigation risk.
