LHH is partnered with a growing law firm who's seeking a mid-senior level Employment Litigation / Wage & Hour Associate to support a highly active employment practice. This role will have a significant influx of wage & hour matters, including complex class actions.

LHH is partnered with a growing law firm who's seeking a mid-senior level Employment Litigation / Wage & Hour Associate to support a highly active employment practice. This role will have a significant influx of wage & hour matters, including complex class actions.
Why This Role
- Sustained increase in wage & hour class and collective actions
- Strong, steady workflow across employment litigation and advice & counseling
- 5+ years of employment law experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Employment litigation
- Wage & hour matters, including class and collective actions
- Employment advice and counseling
- Employment litigation
- Client-facing experience required; ability to manage matters with minimal supervision
- Collaborative employment group of approximately 8-9 attorneys
- Immediate exposure to high-stakes employment litigation, with a heavy emphasis on wage & hour class actions
- Annual discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
