Employment Litigation / Wage & Hour Associate
Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Salary: $155,000-$165,000 - Flexibility up to $180,000 for exceptional, highly qualified candidates
1700 Billable hour requirement

LHH is partnered with a growing law firm who's seeking a mid-senior level Employment Litigation / Wage & Hour Associate to support a highly active employment practice. This role will have a significant influx of wage & hour matters, including complex class actions.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of employment law experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Employment litigation
    • Wage & hour matters, including class and collective actions
    • Employment advice and counseling
  • Client-facing experience required; ability to manage matters with minimal supervision
Team & Practice Environment
  • Collaborative employment group of approximately 8-9 attorneys
  • Immediate exposure to high-stakes employment litigation, with a heavy emphasis on wage & hour class actions
  • Annual discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
