Our client, a national law firm is seeking a LitigationParalegal for their Charleston, SC office. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work individually on pleadings, E-discovery, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research and trial support
• Draft and send approved correspondence and other forms/documents and assemble binders
• Backup front desk coverage, handling conference room reservations, back-up support to legal secretaries

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates have 3+ years of litigation experience
• Paralegal certification is required
• Proficiency in document management software (i.e., Relativity and Pro), electronic filing (including CM/ECF) and trial presentation software preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

• $60,000-$85,000
