Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-senior Litigation Associate to join a leading law firm's Dallas office. This role focuses on complex commercial litigation and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes disputes within a collaborative national platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support complex commercial litigation matters
• Draft substantive motions and legal briefs
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and case development
• Support hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Work closely with senior attorneys on strategy and client matters

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
• Active member of the Texas Bar

Compensation & Benefits
