As an ElenaJames Server, Food Runner, or Server Assistant you should demonstrate strong knowledge in our food and beverage menu items, polished service skills, genuine hospitality, and deliver exceptional guest experiences to every guest.

• Provide attentive, polished, and knowledgeable table service.

• Guide guests through menus, daily specials, wine selections, and pairing recommendations.

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain strong product knowledge (food, wine, cocktails, allergens).

• Ensure timing and flow of courses align with restaurant standards.

• Lead assigned service sections and oversee supporting servers, bussers, and food runners.

• Mentor and train new team members on service standards and hospitality expectations.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of orders.

• Assist management in pre-shift meetings and daily briefings.

• Oversee proper table setups, cleanliness, and organization of service stations.

• Ensure POS accuracy and responsible cash handling.

• Monitor dining room ambiance, pace, and overall guest satisfaction.

• Support opening and closing procedures.

• Maintain polished, professional appearance consistent with upscale casual standards.

• Demonstrate strong communication, composure, and problem-solving skills.

• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
