Title: Accounting Manager / Controller

Location: Costa Mesa
Salary: $140K–$150K
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own the function and make an immediate impact.
We’re working with a well-established, lower middle market, design-driven wholesale company in Costa Mesa that needs a strong Accounting Manager / Controller to strengthen the accounting function.
What you’ll be doing:
• Own day-to-day accounting operations (month-end close, reporting, cash flow)
• Manage a small accounting team
• Oversee payroll, AP/AR, and general accounting functions
• Support ERP implementation and improve processes
What we’re looking for:
• Progressive accounting experience at the Accounting Manager / Controller level
• Strong hands-on accounting background
• Experience managing a small team
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability
• Comfortable partnering with non-finance teams in a creative, design-driven environment
Details:
• 100% onsite in Costa Mesa
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
