Marketing & Sales Representative – Sunshine Care Network (ABA Services) About Sunshine Care Network Sunshine Care Network provides coordinated ABA therapy services designed to support the whole child—behavioral, developmental, medical, and daily living needs. Our team partners closely with families, care coordinators, schools, and community providers to ensure children receive consistent, highquality, integrated care. About the Role We’re seeking a driven, relationshipfocused Marketing & Sales Representative to expand awareness of Sunshine Care Network’s ABA services across Arizona.. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the community, builds trust quickly, and can clearly communicate the value of coordinated ABA and homebased supports. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with pediatricians, care coordinators, school districts, EI/CPSE teams, and community organizations Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and followups to generate new ABA referrals Clearly communicate Sunshine Care Network’s integrated care model and how ABA services support behavior, communication, social skills, and daily living skill development Represent the agency professionally in the community and at events Track outreach activity, leads, and referral conversions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuity of care for new families Qualifications Experience in ABA, home care, healthcare outreach, or community engagement preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills Selfmotivated, organized, and comfortable working independently across all five boroughs Professional, reliable, and passionate about supporting children and families What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding network Health, Vision, and Dental benefits Meaningful work that directly impacts children and families Employment Type: Full Time
