Construction Safety Facilitator
Our customer (a Fortune 100 Tech Company) is seeking a Construction Safety Facilitator for data center construction. The Construction Safety Facilitator (CSF) provides field-based EHS oversight on active construction sites to ensure General Contractor (GC) and subcontractor compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, contract EHS expectations, and owner standards. The CSF partners closely with site construction management to surface trends, manage safety performance data, support investigations, and drive consistent EHS execution across vendors.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $80/hr + OT
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Safety Management) or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of construction safety / construction safety representative experience (owner/GC/subcontractor environments).
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fielddriven, fastpaced jobsite and influence multiple contractors without direct authority.
Technical Safety Knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA Construction expectations.
- Experience conducting jobsite observations/walks, hazard identification, and supporting mitigation followthrough.
- Experience supporting incident investigations and safety reporting.
