Gym Staff

Responsibilities

As Fitness Factory Staff, you have the responsibility to give the best experience by:

• Ensuring the facility is exceptionally clean
• Answering the door for prospects looking to join the facility
• Giving prospects a tour of the facility
• Greeting members as they enter
• Promptly transacting members for purchases made before and after workouts
• Assisting members with the self-checkout kiosk
• Maintaining a high level of service to members and gym management

Daily Tasks

• Cleaning facility
• Vacuuming and mopping gym floor
• Wiping down equipment
• Bathrooms
• Lobby
• Restock and count inventory
• Give prospects a tour and complete the signup process
• Transact members in Square while you are available at the front desk for purchases
• Raise member concerns or issues to management in a timely manner
• Answer incoming phone calls for general questions about the gym
• Post potential issues with equipment or members in Discord
• Build up knowledge of the products we sell to assist members in product selection
• Utilize Discord for team communication
• While on AM shift, arrive promptly at 8:30AM
• While on PM shift, willing to stay beyond 9PM to finish closing tasks
