Regional Property Manager

Quantum Real Estate Management, LLC AMO© is an established leader in the affordable housing industry. We are a mid-sized property management firm with over thirty-four years of experience in the residential management field with a specialization in affordable housing. Our portfolio of 85 communities is located in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area including Maryland and Virginia.

We are growing our portfolio and are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of communities within the Washington DC Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities Include:

The candidate must have experience and knowledge of residential multifamily operations, including:

• Leasing and marketing oversight.
• Management of a multifamily portfolio of 8-10 properties.
• Prepare and present annual budgets to owners.
• Communications to include monthly owners' reports.
• Oversee onsite hiring & supervision.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills.
• Create scopes of work for capital projects.
• Supervision of capital projects.
• Assist in creating and implementing new company policy and procedures.
• Assist with corporate training.
• Periodically participate in corporate marketing presentations.

Salary Range: $110k or commensurate with experience
