Position: Territory Sales Producer

Location: Greater Phoenix (Territory-Based – Flexible)

Compensation: $100K+ OTE (1099 Position)

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Producer to take full ownership of an assigned region. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, and thrives in a field-based sales environment.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage and grow a pipeline within your territory
• Conduct presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to close deals
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience (outside sales or B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who can manage a territory independently
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
