About the Role

As a representative, you’ll be the face of our brand, working with customers in person, building strong relationships, and driving sales success. We provide training, mentorship, and a clear career path you bring the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand at retail locations, community events, and in-person promotions
• Greet customers, explain products and services, and recommend solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions with confidence
• Meet and exceed sales targets with support from your team and leadership
• Gather customer feedback and report insights for improvement

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required for travel)
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and ready to learn
• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Professional appearance and reliable work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000 – $70,000 per year + uncapped commission
