Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director for an artificial Turf company. The candiate will manage financial operations and support the continued growth of the organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can partner with executive management to provide clear financial insights, drive performance, and support key business decisions. You will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, improving operational efficiency, and building scalable processes to support long-term success.
Job Description

• Engage directly in all accounting and financial operations for all branches
• Manages Financial reporting and support strategic decision making
• Operational and accounting management of day-to- day activities
• Lead the development, consolidation and control of annual operating budgets
• Provide strategic direction and business support to the business area and functional leadership team to ensure that all financial commitments are achieved
• Ensure comprehensive work plans to support the budget and strategic business plan initiatives and priorities
• Develop business plans, perform financial analysis, and create financial models and pro formas to support the business and decision-making processes
• Make recommendations for cost improvement initiatives and identify areas needing corrective action to achieve financial and operational goals
• Maintain financial Dashboards and performance metrics to track corporate performance
• Tax, Treasury & Compliance: Mange banking relationships and insurance requirement
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
  Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field
• CPA Preferred
• 7–10+ years of experience of progressive experience in financial reporting and strong command of US GAAP
• Experience in entrepreneurial or mid-sized organizations
• Strong understanding of cross-border finance and international expansion
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
