The position:
Our growing team is looking for a results-driven Field Marketing Sales Representative to generate high-quality leads that power our sales team. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential and clear advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
-Walk designated neighborhoods to identify homes that may qualify for exterior renovations.
-Conduct on-site exterior assessments.
-Educate homeowners on services, warranties, and financing options.
-Collect basic information to schedule appointments for the sales team.

-Must be comfortable with outdoor work and extensive walking

-Reliable transportation (must have your own car)
Location:
Expert Exteriors serves Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Field Marketing Sales Representatives are assigned to territories but have the freedom to expand into additional areas, unlocking more earning potential.
Pay:
This position begins with a comprehensive training program designed to set you up for success. In addition to training, you will receive 4 weeks of base pay & will earn full commission on any sales generated during this period. Following training, you may choose the compensation structure that best aligns with your goals and earning potential:
1) An uncapped, 100% commission plan designed for high performers seeking maximum income potential, or
2) A base salary plus commission structure that provides stability while still offering strong performance-based earnings.
