FULL JOB POST FORMAT Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)
Pay Rate: $40–$44/hour

  • Manage up to ~10–15 requisitions at a time
  • Gather candidate feedback and support offer discussions
  • Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to track and manage the hiring process
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting professional, revenue‑driving, or fundraising‑related roles
  • Strong experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
