Facility Technician - Property Management
Location: Irving, TX/DFW area

Compensation: Hourly, $20–$30
Hours: Full time plus pier diem
Summary
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential units and community facilities. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day property operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs across residential units and common areas
- Conduct routine safety inspections of the property and report findings to management
- Inspect grounds daily, ensuring walkways, driveways, parking areas, and common spaces are clean and free of debris or hazards
- Utilize maintenance and cleaning equipment as needed, including ladders, basic tools, and cleaning supplies
- Support cleaning and sanitization efforts, including disinfecting high-traffic areas in accordance with safety guidelines
- Maintain attention to detail while handling tools, equipment, and cleaning materials
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with additional tasks and projects as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Maintenance experience in residential, property management, or similar environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across general maintenance trades
- Basic knowledge of A/C, plumbing, sprinklers and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
